Potential vendors must complete, sign and mail the 2008 Vendor Contract in order to be
considered for vendorship at the event.
A check in the amount appropriate to the Option # selected must be mailed along
with the application and contract as a non-refundable deposit. The check
will not be deposited until vendorship is confirmed.
Once deposited, vendorship is confirmed.
The Vermont Roots Reggae Fest Inc. (VRRF) reserves the right to refuse vendorship to any applicant for any reason, and will then
return the deposit check promptly.
The VRRF may
restrict the hours of sale of vendors during the event, and may refuse the sale
of any product detrimental to the festival atmosphere or environment.
The VRRF
reserves the right to decide the placement of shopfronts
and vendor equipment within the Festival grounds, and to demand movement of any
vendor merchandise or equipment at any time for safety or management reasons.
The VRRF is not
liable for any theft, loss, or damage of any equipment or merchandise.
All vendors will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the festival grounds, except where given
explicit permission otherwise.
Vendorship is a revocable license. Failure to comply with these Terms and
Conditions may result in revocation of vendorship.
